Set up FFmpeg

FFmpeg is required for video and JPG compression. Follow the instructions below to install FFmpeg
Click this big green button to download FFmpeg
Right click the downloaded file, then select Open to unzip the file
Right click on ffmpeg and select Open, and click Open again on the popup
Right click on ffmpeg again, then press Option key and select Copy “ffmpeg” as Pathname
Go back to CompressX, right click on the ffmpeg path text box and select Paste
Tap Update and you’re done
